06 Jun Meet the Team: McKenzie Bryan, Senior Account Manager
At Zoomph, we know that innovation starts with people. That’s why we’re proud to spotlight the talented minds that help define our mission and support your goals. Our “Meet the Team” Q&A series offers a behind-the-scenes look at the people driving our success, highlighting their skills, insights, and unique perspectives. Get to know the people that shape our culture and power Zoomph.
Starting simple, give us your backstory and how you’ve gotten to your place today at Zoomph.
I was born and raised in San Diego before moving to Texas to attend Baylor University, where I triple-majored in S3 (Sports, Sponsorship, & Sales), Accounting, and Baylor Business Fellows.
While I wasn’t initially sure which path I’d ultimately pursue after graduation, an amazing experience interning with FC Dallas’ Partnership Marketing department confirmed that a career in sports was the right direction for me.
After college, I began my professional journey as an Account Manager at Sportsdigita, where I oversaw all Digideck projects for Learfield properties. Within a year, I transitioned to Learfield, joining the National Sales Partnership Management team. Over the next six years, I managed an approximately $25 million book of business, leading the fulfillment of assets as well as renewals and upsells for key accounts.
In April 2024, I joined Zoomph’s Account Management team, excited to merge my passion for client service and project management with my growing interest in data and analytics.
What is your favorite part about working at Zoomph?
Without a doubt, it’s the people—both internally and externally. I genuinely enjoy building strong relationships with our clients, and on the internal side, the team and culture at Zoomph are truly top-notch. It’s incredible to be part of an environment where everyone is genuinely invested in helping one another succeed, both professionally and personally.
What does a day in your life at Zoomph look like?
Every day brings something new, but at the core of my role is the privilege of working directly with our clients as the client-facing representative of Zoomph. This involves regular check-ins, project management, and ensuring that their social and broadcast activations are properly set up and accurately tracked for seamless reporting. I also serve as a key liaison between our clients and our internal teams, sharing client feedback with our Product and Development teams to help drive continuous improvement and ensure our platform aligns with our clients’ evolving needs.
What is a professional accomplishment that you are extremely proud of?
One of my primary goals in both my current and past roles has been to deliver exceptional customer service. Therefore, it was truly an honor, during my time at Learfield, to be nominated multiple times as a finalist for their National Client Services Award, and I was proud to receive the award in 2022.

What is one goal you’re currently working towards professionally?
I’m continually striving to be more intentional in everything I do. It’s so easy to fall into automatic routines, but I’m making a conscious effort to think more proactively and intentionally about my clients. This means closely monitoring their upcoming events, milestones, and achievements, and proactively seeking opportunities to add value by providing relevant insights.
What is your favorite product function or tip you can share about Zoomph’s platform?
There are so many impressive product features, from benchmark reports to our newer broadcast capabilities. But one that I’m particularly excited about is our logo AI detection, which tracks brand sponsorships across both social media and broadcast. Having worked on the sponsorship side in my previous role, I understand just how crucial data and analytics have become in securing and demonstrating value for brand partnerships.
What I love about our logo AI is its ability to track sponsorship assets for teams, agencies, and brands—not only across contractual social campaigns and on TV-visible signage during broadcasts, but even more impressive is its capacity to capture and measure the additional residual exposure a brand receives in highlights shared on social media. Having access to that kind of insight would have been invaluable in my previous role, providing a powerful way to showcase the true added value a brand receives.
Why are you a believer in Zoomph and its product?
Zoomph—both as a company and a product—is continually growing and evolving. We refuse to settle for the status quo and are committed to thinking ahead, constantly improving our processes, customer service, and product to help our customers succeed. By continually adding talented team members who bring fresh, innovative ideas, and by listening closely to customer feedback, we ensure that client input directly shapes the features we develop. Our company and product will keep delivering success and advancing in the measurement space by prioritizing the insights of those who matter most—our clients.

What are your favorite sports teams?
Baylor Bears (Sic ‘em!) and San Diego Padres
Do you have any pets? Tell us everything you want about them!
I have a six-year-old basset hound named Sawyer. She’s incredibly sweet, but also quite sassy and stubborn—just as bassets are known to be. She’s thoroughly spoiled and pretty much runs the house. I’ll stop there, though I could go on forever, since I’m totally that obsessed dog mom.
What is a favorite hobby of yours?
I am an avid reader, typically reading over 100 books each year. While thrillers and mysteries are my favorites, I also enjoy mixing in the occasional historical fiction, romantic comedy, or memoir to keep things fresh.
