At Zoomph, we know that innovation starts with people. That’s why we’re proud to spotlight the talented minds that help define our mission and support your goals. Our “Meet the Team” Q&A series offers a behind-the-scenes look at the people driving our success, highlighting their skills, insights, and unique perspectives. Get to know the people that shape our culture and power Zoomph.

Tell us about your background and what led you to Zoomph:

I grew up in Cordova, MD, on the Eastern Shore – otherwise known in the DMV as the place you stop for gas on the way to Ocean City.

After breaking my hand my senior year of lacrosse at Shenandoah University, I realized I had to focus on life after school, and ended up staying for my MBA while being the GA for the Director of Sports Management. In grad school, with the help of my mentor, I was able to work a Super Bowl, 2 College Football National Championship Games, and the 2018 Winter Olympics.

Following school, I worked in Partnership Marketing for the Baltimore Orioles and then as a Consultant for Geneseco Sports Enterprises, advising clients on ways to maximize their partnerships across professional and collegiate sports properties.

Tell us about your role at Zoomph:

As an Account Manager, I oversee a portfolio of client accounts across teams, leagues, brands, etc., making sure they are set up for success and maximize partnership value. In my role I enjoy collaborating with our clients to better understand the data we provide and then tell a story. I love hearing success stories from my accounts when they’re able to renew or sell new partnerships utilizing Zoomph metrics.

What is your favorite part about working at Zoomph?

The people are by far my favorite part about Zoomph. Starting at the top, our leadership is very hands-on and invested in understanding issues our team encounters, as well as me personally and professionally. I also work with a wide variety of clients from non-traditional and challenger sports, leagues, and teams, so as an avid sports fan, I enjoy learning about their roles, why they’re using Zoomph, and understanding their business/sport.

What is a professional accomplishment that you are proud of?

While I worked in partnership marketing for the Baltimore Orioles, I had organized a dinner on the field featuring a meet & greet with Cal Ripken, Jr. for one of our partners. Guests entered through the team locker room, walked out to the team’s dugout, where they had a cocktail hour, followed by a three-course dinner behind home plate and Q&A with Cal under the lights of the best ballpark in baseball. It was the first time the team had done anything like that, so it was rewarding to see it come to fruition and shake hands with one of my favorite players growing up.

What is your favorite product function or tip you can share about Zoomph’s platform?

With our new integration and access to LinkedIn data, customers are now able to measure content and partnership performance on that platform. Some of our clients use LinkedIn to announce new partnerships and share ‘wins’ as an organization, so being able to quantify that has been valuable to them.

What is your favorite thing about the city you live in?

I currently live in Annapolis, MD. I am within an hour of family, DC, Baltimore, and 90 minutes from the beaches, so I love being close to the water and so many sports venues.

Are there any hobbies you’d be open to sharing? Let us know what they are and why you love them!

In my free time, I like to golf, spend time with family (especially my niece & nephew), go to games, and buy/sell sports cards. I’ll admit it may be hard for others to see the appeal in cardboard cutouts, as my friends like to say, but I see sports cards as a way to ‘buy stock’ in players and hopefully flip them for a profit – emphasis on hopefully, although my Josh Allen cards have had a great ROI (Go Bills).
