What do I need to get a Zoomph Display running at my event?

All you need to have ready is a working internet connection and two screens: one for moderating, and one for displaying your content. If you've purchased a custom package, just provide the dimensions of your display screens, and Zoomph's dedicated team of experts will ensure your background display looks its best.

Which browsers support Zoomph?

Zoomph is best utilized under a Google Chrome browser. However, Zoomph is 100 percent compatible with current versions of Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer.

How can I pay?

Zoomph's primary billing system is run online, and facilitated through credit card payments. At this time, Zoomph does not support payment by phone or mail.

When is my account charged?

a:

Payment each month depends on the plan you've signed up for. If the credit card provided fails to be charged after 8 days, you will be prompted with a warning and your account will become inactive. If the bill has not been paid after an additional 10 days, your account will be canceled. For more information, log in to view your account.

Is customization extra?

When it comes to customization, our goal is to give you a best-in-breed Visualization package that seamlessly matches your brand and business needs. I live outside the United States. Does Zoomph accept international wire transfers?

Yes! Even if you're overseas, if you've created a customized solution with the Zoomph team, we will accept international wire transfers.

Can Zoomph pull posts from Facebook pages marked 'Private', or protected Twitter Accounts?

a:

Because Zoomph's goal is to deliver a world-class influence engagement platform, consumer and user privacy is important to us. For that reason, Zoomph does not curate content from pages and accounts marked 'private'. Instead, we focus on the millions of public influencers worldwide that will help you establish your professional brand.

q:

How can I add more moderators to my account? Once added, will they each be monitoring the same content?

a:

Adding moderators is simple and quick. If you are the Account Manager, just go to the “Account” tab and click on “User Profiles”. Once redirected, click “Add New User” and fill out the form to add another moderator to your account. Each moderator is given different content to filter, so you can get the most widespread and comprehensive use of your Zoomph platform. While you can always see what your peers have approved or rejected, you never have to compete with your own team on what to moderate.

How can I pull in more than 1 million items in my account?

a:

It's simple— just contact us! The Zoomph team will create a custom capacity for your account.

q:

I don’t want to connect Zoomph to my personal Twitter account, but when I login, it automatically connects as a default. How do I just keep Zoomph attached to a specific (for example, business) Twitter account?

a:

You are probably logged in to your Twitter account on the same browser you are also managing your Zoomph feed. If this is the case, simply log out of your Twitter account. The next time you link Twitter, you should be able synch your Zoomph feed to the account of your choice.

Can I see analytics in real time?

a:

Absolutely— that's our whole reason for doing what we do! Zoomph delivers real-time Analytics so you can power more strategic real-time action.

q:

Even though I moderated hundreds of items, the Geolocation report is only showing information for a few contributors. Why is that?

a:

In order to gather this information, contributors/influencers must have their geolocation feature turned on in their devices. Because some social media users choose not to activate this feature, this accounts for the discrepancy.

How many terms can I search per feed?

a:

Zoomph currently allows a maximum of 20 individual search terms per feed.

q:

Are search terms case sensitive?

a:

No. The search feature is built to be intuitive, meaning your terms will collect the same results regardless of whether you use upper or lower case.

Can I add some of my own words to be auto-rejected?

a:

Absolutely! Go to Feeds, find the feed you want to use, and click Edit. Type in each word, separated by commas, and click Add Words under the Advanced Section.

Do I have to approve or reject every item?

a:

Not at all. Once you have some items cycling through the display, you can let items sit in pending for as long as you like.

q:

I am having trouble finding an item I just approved in the 'Approved' feed. Where did the information go?

a:

Because Zoomph is all about engagement and contextualized influence, Approved items are in the order they were originally posted on the site you’re pulling from—not the order in which you approved. The reason for this is to help you recognize which influencers are current and topical, compared to those that may have less impact.

q:

What happens when I mark an item as 'Spam'?

a:

Zoomph does a fantastic job of side-stepping bots and contributors you don’t want to hear from. For that reason, once you hit Spam, all items by that author will automatically move to the “Rejected” feed from that point forward.

q:

What is the 'Inappropriate Language' list?

a:

Just what it sounds like! The inappropriate language list is a list of bad words universally deemed too inappropriate to broadcast in front of general audiences. You can feel free to use it, or choose to remove that filter. All auto-rejected content will get sent to the “Rejected” feed, meaning you still have access to all content mentioning your keywords. With Zoomph, you get all the information you want, while sparing your audience from the tasteless stuff!

Why doesn't Zoomph automatically approve my content for me?

a:

At Zoomph, we don't impose our business ideas on your real-life needs. That's why, when it comes down to it, you are the best judge of what you want to see on your feeds.
