People Loved the $#*! Out Of Shark Week.

Warning! You’re about to see some language you wouldn’t want to say in front of your mother.

Last week we pulled over half a million unique pieces of content generated by #SharkWeek in the first 48 hours, and then crunched the numbers (you’re welcome, world!) What we found is two things:

1) We’re all super into cursing.

2) We’re more likely to drop f-bombs over the things we love, than the things we hate.

Check out how many times people used #SharkWeek to express themselves figuratively s***ing their pants.

Isn’t language a beautiful thing? It seems like marketers are going to have to bone up on their sailor-talk to brand for #SharkWeek2015.

And here’s a bonus! “Booty” was used 233 times. Think it’s about “Pirates Booty”? …….Doubtful. Very doubtful.

Too raunchy for you? Good thing Zoomph also has your content marketing covered with social media moderation and profanity filters.
