Zoomph now offers several new capabilities, all of which were created to make daily social management quick and easy for you.
Publishing and Scheduling
In our mission to give you everything you need on one unified platform, we’ve baked in a full-fledged publishing feature for all your Twitter activities. You can tweet in the moment, or as far ahead of time as desired, directly from your Zoomph dashboard. You can also post from any handle attached to your account, saving you the grief of logging into multiple accounts and various tabs to schedule your future posts.
Post smart, not often.
Our new publishing feature guides your content creation with suggestions on when and how to tweet. If you’re tweeting from within a Zoomph feed, you’ll receive recommendations for “best times to post” based on past behavior of the specific industry, conversation, or audience that you’re tracking. You’ll also receive menus of trending emojis and hahstags, complete with notes indicating how each hashtag is being received. Click any hashtag or emoji to automatically include them in your post.
Pro Tip: Select hashtags that are popular, but not overused. Keep in mind that you’ll be competing with more noise if you choose a hashtag with high virality. If you notice that an unusual hashtag is trending from your publishing board, investigate the cause via our Content Discovery features.

Get a clean digest of the activity across various communities. With our new Listening feature, you can hook up to 10 feeds within your Zoomph account in order to see the real-time conversations occurring among multiple audiences all at once.
Love re-purposing UGC? Available as a Configuration setting, Consent allows you to easily ask an author for permission to use their posts inside a company ad, promotion, blog, or other content.
You’ll be notified via email the moment a person answers “yes” or “no.” You can also automate the process so that whenever a person says “yes,” their content will automatically publish across Zoomph displays and visualizations.
Zoomph will find your most engaged audience members for you. Then, we’ll track them.
With Engagement Reports (available under Platform Insights), you can now benchmark the activity of influential handles over time. Simply define a “reporting period” that you’re interested in monitoring, and our engines will produce an exportable file showing you how an individual’s influence and behavior have fluctuated.
As an example, you might choose to track top influencers in the social media space. You’re interested in seeing how often they post, and how many followers they gain each week. So, you define your reporting period as “7 days,” and let our platform generate a week-over-week report showing changes in those metrics between the previous 7 days and the 7-day period before then.
You can see how you’re faring compared to industry leaders, learn from their successes, and/or partner up with key influencers.
