NEW Contest, Giveaway & Survey Templates with Integrated Audience Analytics

Editor’s note: This post was originally published on December 18, 2017 and has been updated to include mention of our new survey and questionnaire templates, which also include integrated audience analytics.

If you’ve run a digital contest before, you’re probably aware of the wave of followers and engagement that they can attract. But your contests are also a powerful tool for learning more about your consumers and collecting data that can help you re-engage leads even after your contest expires.

Zoomph’s new visual templates make it easy for you to build contests that provide insight into your participants’ demographics, interests, and motivations for participating.

Through a process that includes social login, each template can be connected to our Audience Database of a quarter of a billion enriched social profiles. Gather reliable and precise information for smarter remarketing without bombarding your consumers with multiple forms, and get to know participants outside the context of your contest.

Engage Consumers with Easy-to-Build Contests

Gain Audience Analytics for Smarter Targeting

Whenever your consumers use social media, they leave a breadcrumb trail pointing to what they like, dislike, and think about various topics. This information can be incredibly useful for identifying where your brand fits into their daily lives. However, it’s scattered across numerous posts, profiles, and engagements with other handles.

Fortunately, Zoomph crunches that data for you inside our Audience Database. Audience Database consolidates and enriches that data, using proprietary algorithms to detect patterns in your consumers’ behaviors.

Our new visuals additionally let you isolate information that’s specific to your contest audience so that you can easily explore their shared traits and send more personalized messages.

How to Access Analytics with Social Login

three steps for building a digital contest with zoomph

Please note that access to audience analytics is limited to Zoomph Enterprise users. For more information on our packages or to upgrade your plan, please visit our breakdown of plans.

The first step to gaining audience analytics on your participants is to enable social login. Social login will require users to log into their social handles to enter your contest or to complete your questionnaire. This is helpful for both validating email addresses and finding your participants in our Audience Database.

Once a user logs in, Zoomph will locate his/her handle inside our database and include it in a new campaign audience inside your Audience Builder.

You can access this audience at any time from Audience Builder, and click “analyze” to view a report of the top associations, interests, etc. of all your participants. Note: you must have at least a hundred participants in your audience for Zoomph to deliver a statistically valid report.

To enable social login, simply select “Create new audience” from the edit screen of your visual. Then under “Submission Options,” check the social networks that you want to allow for social login.

Alternatively, you can give users the option to enter your contest or giveaway without logging into social media. To do so, go to “Submission Options” and toggle the option under “Enable manual entry?” on. Then, check the fields you’d like users to input manually.

Users who forgo social login will not be included in your campaign audience. However, you can view his/her entries and information inside “Content Discovery” like you would for any contest you run with Zoomph.
