Hmmm. Still unsure of who to vote for? Let’s go back to the tapes!

 New England Patriots

#Deflategate or no, many are predicting the New England Patriots to take Super Bowl XLIX, thanks to key players and an offensive line that just won’t quit. And who can blame them? Star quarterback Tom Brady has won 2 Super Bowl MVP awards and led the Patriots to more division titles than any other quarterback in NFL history.

But the media favorite  isn’t the only thing the Patriots have in their back pocket. running back Jonas Grey completed 412 rushing yards throughout the season, while  Jamie Collins struck fear in the hearts of opponents with 74 tackles, 4 sacks and 2 interceptions.

Seattle Seahawks

If you think it’s in the bag for New England, think again. Seahawks quarterback Russel Wilson also reached two Super Bowls in his first three seasons as a starter, actually beating Tom Brady’s stats for those years with a 42-13 record. And let’s not forget last year’s Super Bowl, where the Seahawks trounced the Denver Broncos with a 43-8 final score, thanks to the lightning-fast corner back that is Richard Sherman.

As the “up and comers” (if you can call them that) Seattle has a stronger Defensive line, and still took 14-4, including post-season wins. And who can forget the dynamic offensive duo of Russel Wilson (3557 total passing yards) and  Marshawn Lynch (1306 rushing yards)?
