And guess what? We’re starting today! Because when we listen to our customer feedback and create the right tools you need to optimize your social media engagement, it gives us a warm “fuzzy” feeling (you’ll get the joke when you read below). Plus, we know there’s no such thing as ‘overloading’ you with success.

1. New ‘Time of Date’ Analytic Overview!
Since the dawn of social media, one question has haunted us: what is the best time of day to post? We all want to know when our audiences are interacting, so we can optimize our posting schedule to get the best results (and don’t forget save time!)
That’s why we’re introducing Time Of Date Analytics! With this brand-new analytic overview, you’ll see a breakdown of exact time-frames that audiences engage with your search terms. And don’t forget—it’s all relative to your feeds, which means you can drive higher results strategy refinement, per campaign!
2. Geotargeting Insight Updates
We heard it loud from you in 2014: Geotargeting is your game-changer. You guys told us how impactful Zoomph Geo was at growing your audience and prospect base around the world, which is why we’ve added more for you to love! Enjoy these two new add-ons:
- Make a search based on location—Search across social, by where your audiences actually live (and purchase from!). All you have to do is visit the Feed Configuration page in your dashboard, pull up the map, and select the coordinates of your choice. Zoomph does the rest!
- New Geo Analytics—Learn the language of your region! When you’re in the Geo dashboard, you can now see the key terms audiences are using that are unique to that region alone. Just another way for you to advance your native content strategy, everywhere that matters.
3. A Thing We Call “Fuzzy”
Don’t know what Fuzzy Search is? Don’t worry, we’re translating ‘Developer Speak’ into real value, put directly into your hands.
Fuzzy Search is a type of search that focuses on key words and phrases over #hashtags, and will collect any content that hits at least two of your key word criteria. Put simply: if you make a list of words that relate to the same thing (for example: basketball, court, free throw, players) , fuzzy search will pull in anything that hits at least two of those keywords together!
What this means: Not all of your prospects and audiences are going to know about your #hashtag. But that doesn’t mean they’re not talking! Now you can pull in the content from interested parties, to grow your exposure and real-time engagement with the right people.
