Ali Manouchehri, founder and CEO of Metrostar Systems & Zoomph was featured on “Why I Social” podcast, hosted by Chris Barrows.

In the podcast, Ali talks about his journey from starting Metrostar Systems out of a dorm room, and spinning it into a 250+ employee company that has since been delivering successful IT solutions to federal clients with one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. He also discusses the Zoomph story – how it all started, and how it evolved to be where it is today.

He further talks about the essence of culture in both his companies, Metrostar Systems and Zoomph, and explains why he thinks culture should be a reflection of the skills, abilities, and personalities that an organization invites into their teams.
